Our work is administrative and operational. It covers things like client reminders, handoff notes, internal documentation and hiring workflows.

We don’t give clinical advice. Nothing on this site, and nothing in our work, is medical, diagnostic or treatment advice. Clinical decisions stay with your veterinarians.

No guarantees

We don’t guarantee any particular result, including time or money saved. The case study describes one specific project. Your results will depend on your hospital, your team and how you use what we build.

Examples on this site

The sample messages, notes and lists on this site are illustrations. The names and details in them are made up.

Paid work

Any paid work starts only after we agree on scope and fees in writing.
