The short version
- This site doesn’t use cookies.
- It doesn’t store anything in your browser.
- Form submissions are handled by Web3Forms and delivered to us.
- Visits are counted with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which doesn’t use cookies.
- No CAPTCHA, no ads, and no social media trackers.
What you send us
If you fill in one of the forms, you send us your hospital’s website and your email address. The contact form near the bottom of each page also asks for your hospital’s name and, if you want to share it, what takes the most admin time at your hospital.
We use this only to look at your practice and reply with two ideas. If you email hello@ushirolabs.com directly, we get your email address and whatever you write.
If you fill in our intake form before an Operations Audit, we use your answers only to prepare for the audit. We keep them for about 12 months, then delete them unless you become a client.
Please do not include patient, client or other private information in the form.
The forms also contain a hidden field that people can’t see. Automated bots tend to fill it in, which is how the form spots them. Real visitors leave it empty, and nothing is recorded about it.
Who else handles your information
Web3Forms. The forms on this site send their data to Web3Forms (web3forms.com), a form service. Web3Forms receives each submission, stores a copy in a dashboard that we can access, and emails it to us. To filter spam, Web3Forms may send the IP address and email address of the person submitting a form to two spam-filtering services, CleanTalk and Akismet. Web3Forms says it operates from India and uses infrastructure providers including Amazon Web Services, Cloudflare and Hetzner, so your submission may be handled outside the United States. Cloudflare. Cloudflare hosts this site, so it sees the technical details every web host sees when a page is requested, such as your IP address and browser type. We also use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits. It reports page views, where visitors came from, country and device type in aggregate. It doesn’t use cookies, and we don’t use it to identify or follow individual visitors. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy (opens in a new tab).
Cal.com. The “or book a call” link on the home page goes to our Cal.com booking page. If you follow that link, Cal.com’s own policies apply on its site.
Instagram. The footer links to our Instagram account. If you follow that link, Instagram’s own policies apply on its site.
Beyond those, we don’t share it with anyone.
Cookies and browser storage
This site sets no cookies. It also doesn’t use local storage, session storage or anything similar, so nothing about your visit is saved in your browser. Fonts are served from this site, so your browser doesn’t contact font providers either.
How long we keep it
We keep form submissions in our email for about 12 months, then delete them, unless you become a client, in which case we keep them for the length of our work together. Our form provider, Web3Forms, also stores submissions on its servers until we delete them, and never longer than three years.
Your choices
You can ask us to delete what we have about you at any time. Email hello@ushirolabs.com and we’ll remove it from our inbox and from Web3Forms. If we emailed you first and you’d rather not hear from us again, reply and say so, and we’ll stop.
Changes
If this page changes in a meaningful way, we’ll update the date at the top.
